In my role, I lead the strategic transformation of the Australian rental segment, moving it from a traditional product-centric approach to a solution-focused model designed to deliver greater value and secure market leadership.
Key responsibilities include - market analysis, strategic planning, key account management, and driving digital innovation through IoT integration.
Fostering and strengthening customer and stakeholder relationships to drive long-term business growth and increase market share within the portable compressor and rental markets.

Energy Power Systems Australia, a specialist within the Caterpillar network, delivers expert sales, engineering, and rental services across Power Generation, Temperature Control, and Compressed Air solutions.
In my role, I led the design and implementation of a rental fleet strategy that supported sales growth objectives and aligned with long-term business goals.
Key responsibilities included - national leadership in product safety, strategic business planning, fleet forecasting and budgeting, ROI and margin analysis, and the integration of new technologies.
I also managed the development of high-performing teams, local and international supply partnerships, and the end-to-end project delivery of specialised equipment. Additionally, I contributed to new site developments, and consistently delivered high-return investments and operational efficiency.
